Hammer Mill

The hammer mill is fed regularly through a suitable feeder. The particle size is reduced by means of a beater rotor that captures the raw material. The shaking process continues until the particles are ejected from the perforated sieve surrounding the rotor. The product is then collected in a hopper.

Used in various fields of food industry and farms, mainly feed and flour mills, the hammer mill provides the crushing and grinding of granular products. By the help of the rotor, which is the rotating part of the Hammer Mill, the products in the mill are divided into smaller parts. After the raw materials are crushed, they pass through the sieves suitable for the desired size. Raw materials crushed into particles are collected in a warehouse or a silo.
