Hammer Mill

Hammer Mills are used in the feed industry to obtain smaller sized particles from unprocessed grains. The products are crushed by the impact of special hardened hammers, passed through sieves and obtained in the desired grain size. Hammer mills; It is manufactured as a unit with its steel body, rotor, side covers and direct coupled motor. It provides high efficiency with its robust structure. The mill rotor was balanced at maximum operating speed. The raw material to be crushed is sent to the mill by the drum feeder. The mill is designed to operate in both rotation directions with its adjustable directional diverter. Highly efficient grinding is achieved with the appropriate number of hammers, sieve diameter and speed.
