Crumbler

It is used to crumble pelletized products into smaller sizes (3-4mm). The product taken from the feeding screw is distributed equally among the rollers. The product is crumbled by adjusting the roller balls according to the desired grain size. The distance can be read from the automation system via linear rulers. Depending on the capacity, crumbling is done with rollers in 1-3 layers. The number and size of rollers vary depending on the capacity. Rollers are mounted on vibration absorbing springs. In this way, the machine and especially the rollers are protected from foreign objects or impacts that cause rapid wear and tear.
