Inlet Hopper Filtration Units

Inlet Hopper Filtration System

Mill filters, which are generally used in crushing lines, are mounted on the lower bunker of the mill along with the mill, and the dust products released during the passage of the crushed product to the lower bunker are dragged by the fan connected to the filter and held by bag-shaped filter cloths. The air compressed in the air tank is pressurized at certain intervals by pulse valves. It is sprayed into bags. Dust particles stuck in the bag are shaken off and reused.

The differential pressure sensor indicates that the filter bags need to be changed or cleaned and warns the operator so that the equipment to which it is connected operates at maximum efficiency.
