Industrial Type Hammer Mill

The hammer mill is fed regularly through a suitable feeder. The particle size is reduced by means of a beater rotor that captures the raw material. The shaking process continues until the particles are ejected from the perforated sieve surrounding the rotor. The product is then collected in a hopper.

Machine main body and motor stand are manufactured using strong material with high strength. Sieve covers are designed to allow easy replacement of sieve and hammers. By feeding with rubber wedges under the chassis, vibration is prevented from passing to the floor.
