Crumbler

The gap adjustment between the rollers is made by gearmotor and reducers. The distance can be read from the automation system via linear rulers. Rollers are protected from impacts and shocks caused by foreign objects by springs. A sample compartment is available for product control. The roller mill is available in single and double models. Rolls are placed side by side (horizontally) inside the machine body. The diameters and lengths of the rollers vary depending on the capacity.
