Pellet oil coating units in feed facilities are the section that ensures that the oil, enzyme and liquid methionine products to be added to the pellet feed are coated at the desired rate with a fully automated system, after the pelletized product is cooled and sieved. It ensures that the oil adheres better and the product acquires a brighter shape. The outer surface of the spiral, which is designed as single or double shaft according to the capacity requirement, is covered with a wall and insulates the temperature and applies heat treatment to the passing product. It ensures that oil and other liquids adhere better to the pellet and creates a smoother and brighter surface on the pellet. Oil coating units are also used to add excess oil that cannot be added from the mixer to the pellets, making the pellets harder.
