Bucket Elevator

Elevators used for vertical transportation of powder and granular materials are produced in the capacity range of 60 m3/h to 700 m3/h. Elevators are made of hot dipped galvanized steel sheet. It is modular and provides easy assembly with its bolted connections. The drive head has a dust filter outlet for safety purposes as standard. There is an adjustable plate and maintenance glass to prevent the transported material from returning. The upper part of the drive head opens in two parts. It is easy to maintain and provides spare parts. In addition to two dust-tight maintenance and cleaning covers, there are two maintenance windows on the idler head. There is a tensioning mechanism to adjust the belt tension and centering. The speed sensor, which counts the revolutions of the idler drum, ensures safe operation. Optionally, two belt slip sensors can be installed opposite each other. Elevator pipes are manufactured from galvanized steel and easy assembly and disassembly are provided with bolted connection flanges.
